What I ate!

hey ya'll!
so i have been trying to find some easy, fast, cheap ways to continue to eat healthy while up at school.  being a poor college student and eating healthy can be pretty hard sometimes because fresh produce is expensive! so this is what i ate today:

breakfast:
banana protein waffles with greek yogurt and warm fruit (frozen then heated it up in the microwave!)

ingredients:
- 2 cups of pre mixed waffle/pancake mix
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder (i used mil's but you can use whatever you have)
- 2 cups water
- 2 med sized ripened bananas (crushed)

mix it all together and make your waffles. they freeze great, so make lots - freeze them, and when you are ready to eat them pop them in the toaster just like eggos!

*i topped it with honey greek yogurt and frozen fruit (heated in microwave)
it was delish!
lunch:
tortilla wrap consisting of lettuce, turkey, red peppers, and pepper jack cheese (got my cheese and turkey at Gossiners for way cheap! :))
side of 1/2 a red pepper and 1/2 a delicious nectarine
25oz of water (I try to drink at least 72oz a day)

 dinner:
brown rice and steamed veggies
nothing too fancy but at least it was cheap and healthy, right?
