Best friend for the weekend!


this weekend i  had the treat of having my best friend ali lloyd come and visit me!  we are both into healthy eating and fitness so saturday night we went and made up a way fun workout that i cant wait to do with my team!
here is what we did:

- 1 mile run
- 50 sit ups
- 25 strict pushups
- 50 tap down crunches
- 5 50meter sprints
- 20 side leg kicks (each side)
- 20 front leg kicks (each side)
- 20 back leg kicks (each side)
- 20 straddle side crunches
- 20 standing side crunches
- 10 handstand pushups
I was a hot mess afterwards and let me tell you i am sore today! such a great workout.

while ali was in logan we also went to the cache county fair and had a blast.  we weren't there for long since the crowd was basically junior high kids but we had fun while we were there! we went on this crazy fun spinny ride and then ate a milk caramel filled churro.  yes, i know it wasn't my best food choice but we were at the fair! it was okay to splurge a little :)

and finally, the most amazing thing that i have ever eaten. milk caramel filled churro. AMAZING!

overall had a great weekend with my bestie! wouldn't have wanted it any other way. love you best friend.
